Because our pieces are made just for you, we have a few guidelines to keep things fair for everyone.

Estimated Delivery Time Please allow 5–14 business days for your order to be produced and delivered. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by 3–7 business days for shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

All Sales Are Final on Print-on-Demand Items Since each item is printed and fulfilled on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind reasons. Please review sizing guides carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at dustanddarlingofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is lost in transit, please reach out and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.
